Free shipping, everywhere in Egypt
Shipping is free on every order, to all 27 governorates. There is no minimum order value and no delivery charge is added at checkout.
Delivery time
Orders arrive within 2 to 5 working days. Delivery times can be longer during public holidays and peak periods.
We do not currently offer same day delivery.
Payment
We deliver with cash on delivery. You pay the courier when your order arrives.
Checking your order at the door
You may open the package and check your items while the courier is at your door. You cannot try items on, and the courier cannot wait. If you are not happy, you can return the order to the courier immediately and pay nothing.
An order must be received in full or returned in full. Partial acceptance is not possible.
Before your order ships
We will contact you to confirm your order before it is dispatched. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct at checkout, as an incorrect address is the most common cause of a delayed delivery.

شحن مجاني لكل محافظات مصر
الشحن مجاني على كل الطلبات، لكل الـ 27 محافظة. لا يوجد حد أدنى للطلب، ولا تُضاف أي مصاريف شحن عند الدفع.
مدة التوصيل
يصل طلبك خلال 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل. قد تطول المدة في الإجازات الرسمية ومواسم الذروة.
لا نوفر حاليًا خدمة التوصيل في نفس اليوم.
الدفع
التوصيل بنظام الدفع عند الاستلام. تدفعين للمندوب عند وصول طلبك.
معاينة الطلب عند الباب
يمكنك فتح الشحنة ومعاينة القطع والمندوب عند بابك. لا يمكن قياس القطع، ولا يستطيع المندوب الانتظار. إذا لم يعجبك الطلب، يمكنك إعادته للمندوب فورًا دون دفع أي مبلغ.
يجب استلام الطلب بالكامل أو إرجاعه بالكامل. لا يمكن استلام جزء من الطلب.
قبل شحن طلبك
سنتواصل معك لتأكيد الطلب قبل شحنه. برجاء التأكد من صحة رقم هاتفك وعنوانك عند الدفع، فالعنوان غير الصحيح هو السبب الأكثر شيوعًا لتأخر التوصيل.
