DAJ orders are Cash on Delivery, and every order includes the chance to inspect before you pay. Here's exactly what that means.
- Your courier arrives with your order and the box is sealed.
- You open the box in front of the courier and check the item, the color, the fabric and the stitching.
- If everything looks right, you pay the courier in cash and the order is yours.
- If it isn't what you expected, hand it back. You owe nothing and the order is returned to us.
A few things this inspection does not include: trying the piece on, fitting adjustments, or the courier waiting while you decide. Our couriers have a route to keep, so the check happens at the door, in a few minutes.
