How does Cash on Delivery work?

Place your order online and pay nothing in advance. Our courier delivers to your door, and you pay in cash only when your order is in your hands.
Can I really inspect my order before paying?

Yes. Open the box in front of the courier and check every piece before you pay. If it isn't what you expected, simply hand it back, you owe nothing.
How do I find my size?

Every product page lists its available sizes. If you're between sizes or unsure, message us, our team will help you choose the right fit.
How should I care for my pieces?

Treat your pieces gently: a cool, delicate wash, reshape and hang to dry, and a low-heat iron if needed. Each garment's care label carries piece-specific guidance.
What if I change my mind?

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange or refund. If the piece is unworn, unwashed, and still has its tags, you're covered. If it's simply the wrong size or a change of mind, return shipping is on you. If it's our mistake, it's on us.
Can I accept part of my order and return the rest?

No. Orders must be received in full or returned in full at the door, you can't keep some items and return others during inspection. This is a requirement of our courier partner and applies to every order.
